Publisher: Marvel Comics

This issue marks a big milestone for the Wolverine with his 350th issue in legacy numbering.

The issue started off a bit all over the place though. It wrapped up some previous storylines but also had me wondering where the book was going. Then the story really got underway with Wolverine being recruited to track down his old buddy Maverick.

Once things got going I started to really enjoy this issue a lot more. I got some serious James Bond vibes, and got a kick out of Beast and Sage being Wolverines handlers. It's an interesting idea to have Wolverine be Krakoa's Bond. I'm digging it and also seeing him revive some previous alter egos as well. I'm excited to see where this story takes us.

Overall this anniversary issue sees the Wolverine step into somewhat of a Bond theme. Will we get "I'm Howlett, James Howlett." Or would that be too far? Either way it's a fun direction to take the book and I'm all for it.
