Betty and Veronica Friends Winter Annual Digest #257 is classic Archie Comics at its finest. One of my favorite things to do during the winter months is to read all of the Archie Comics winter digests and holiday collections. There is something about the classic Archie artwork and silly short stories that are just so comfortable to me.

This Betty and Veronica Friends Winter Annual Digest is a great book to cuddle up with in your warm house with some hot tea or coffee and spend an hour or so reading. There are several moments that made me chuckle and, of course, lots of moments that made me groan, “Oh Archie,” and roll my eyes with a smile. Betty and Veronica’s rivalry and extreme differences have captured our hearts for a very long time and despite their longevity, they are still enjoyable characters to read about.

This digest has everything you want in an Archie Comics digest: stories by Frank Doyle, artwork by Jeff Shultz, Dan DeCarlo, and Stan Goldberg, and both stories and artwork by Dan Parent, plus lots of other great classic writers and artists.

Betty and Veronica and all of their friends take you to Riverdale to experience winter along with them. Whether your winter is going terrible or great, you really can’t lose spending a little bit of your time with the Riverdale gang.
