Things on Roche Limit started off bad, then they got worse. Now, they are cataclysmic. As the fall of Roche Limit seems inevitable we're given something interesting: a clash and combination of science and religion that is simultaneously old hat and excitingly fresh all at once.

I say old hat, not in a bad way mind you. The science vs religion concept, has been around since science-fiction was invented and it will continue to be. It's how Moreci uses this basic canvas to paint a new picture that makes Roche Limit great.

Noir, riots, zombie-like creatures, samurai swords on space stations. All of these touches make Roche Limit feel different and exciting.

All of this is brought to life by Vic Malhotra's suitably rough and sketchy art. A few panels felt off, hastily rushed, or not quite right. But overall, Malhotra's art hits the right marks and is consistently fitting.

As we approach the finale of the first arc, the stakes have been raised to catastrophic levels. Moreci has noted that the next arc will be removed from this current one so I look forward to the chaos that might ensue next month!
